Managers and Leaders in Socionics and MBTI
Comparative analysis made between works of different authors in socionics and MBTI has revealed profound discrepancies in treating the "will" concept, as well as in understanding of capabilities of different personality types of being leaders and/or managers. Some facts show independence between the said discrepancies and national cultural stereotypes, which allows making preliminary conclusions of deviation of MBTI and socionic scales towards each other.

A method of structuring scientific ideas of the subject of psychical reflection and activity is proposed on the basis of philosophical categories of the general, partial and single as well as on the system principle of hierarchic levels. Typological Approach to Individuation Problem
Individuation is considered as a process of structuring and integration of separate personality fragments around a hypothetical center defined by the self-being concept. Graphical interpretation of the process of consecutive integration of projections of the individual and collective unconscious is proposed, which reflects main stages of individuation indicated by C.G. Jung. A hypothesis is discussed that specifics of individual perception of certain archetypical images correlates with the personality informational metabolism type.

On the Origin and Development of Human Language
The phenomenon of human speech origin can be explained by specific mutation of Grand-Eva about 200-250 thousand years ago, which granted communicational and therefore organizational advantage to her posterity. The united pre-language formed in the communicative community of her heirs. This in turn explains significant predomination of speech functions among women compared to men - they are evolutionally necessary for nurture of children.
