Symbols of Christianity from the Viewpoint of Psychology and Socionics

Symbolic and psychological meaning of the Christian mass ceremonial are considered. Combination of these symbols allowed to extend Jung's quaternary scheme to the one consisting of twelve elements and adequately reflects the structure of psychological space. A dynamic version of this scheme describes the processes of evolution and involution (the social order loops in socionics) regulated by the law of quadral succession.

A Dialog with Colleagues: on What Kind of Conditions? Part 1: Socionics and MBTI

The article considers possibilities of a dialog between socionists and adherents of the American Myers-Briggs Type Theory (MBTI), together with causes of discrepancies between these two theories. Little known facts about disputes between American schools are presented. The disagreement between MBTI and socionics is demonstrated to be based not as much on theories and models but rather on several stable stereotypes attributable to peculiarities of the origin and development of these theories. As an illustrative example of the 'deviation' of the American type determination methods compared to socionics, results of the Internet experiment are presented whose participants tried to recognize socionics types in D.Keyrsey's type descriptions.
