A new scientific paradigm related to the further broadening of the notions of "information" and "informational interaction" lies in the basis of socionics. Different informational aspects within the scope of the model of informational interaction between objects and subjects are considered. Socionics, the Theory of Management and Modeling of Informational Processes in Psyche

A critical review the article "On One Class of the Self-Organizing (Self-Programmable) Abstract Automates for the Management of Natural Systems Hierarchy, Part I. Theory, Part II. Comparative Analysis with Experimental Data" by A.A.Shiyan accepted for publishing by Problems of Management and Informatization Magazine is given. It is shown that while compiling his opus the author has made a good use of models and terms taken from the Theory of Informational Metabolism - Socionics - without neither required reference to the source of citation, nor proper understanding of the latter which fact can - and must - be considered as nothing but a shameless plagiarism. Theoretisings and conclusions made by A.A.Shiyan reveal a whole lot of rude mistakes which almost every results inconsistent from the scientific point of view. Apart from the critical investigation of A.A.Shiyan's principles some basic concepts, principles and developments of socionics are shown, along with several its principal aspects and peculiarities; new and powerful features of socionics approach towards description of human social and psychic activities are explained.
